Note: The minimum required version of Ghost is 20.000.246.

 

What's New

Job Processor: Export Templates

You can now save templates of your export settings when exporting records from the Job Processor.

Note: Saved export templates are available to every user.

Kickback Accounts

Kickback accounts can now be added to the Corporate Accounts Portal.

Change History

The Change History for each booking now tracks when a job is:

  • Offered: When a driver has received the job offer.
  • Accepted: When a driver has accepted the job offer. 
  • Rejected: When the driver has rejected the job offer.

Note: The 'Dispatched' tracking type will still show for historical changes but has been replaced with 'Offered' and 'Accepted' for new changes.

iGo VAT Mode

A new mode has been added within the Cab Exchange Options for the Customer. This will override the settings which Cab Exchange sends when booking. 

New Modes:

  • None: Does nothing.

  • VAT on Cost: 
    • Service Charge = Profit (Price minus cost)
    • Calculates a % VAT from the booking cost. 
    • Final Price = Booking cost + Service Charge + VAT

  • VAT on Profit ONLY:
    • Service Charge = Profit (Price minus cost)
    • Calculates a & Service Charge VAT from the Service Charge (price minus cost).
    • Final Price = Booking Cost + Service Charge + Service Charge VAT.
  • VAT on Cost and Profit
    • Service Charge = Profit (price minus cost)
    • Calculates a % VAT from the booking cost. 
    • Calculates a % Service Charge VAT from the Service Charge (price minus cost).
    • Final Price = Booking Cost + VAT + Service Charge + Service Charge VAT.

Note: Profit is equal to Price minus Cost. Profit and VAT on Profit will be seen as Service Charge.

Two new fields have been added for bookings:

  • Area Charges Cost
  • Area Charges Price

On the Job Processor, the following export actions are now merged and under a single button selection:

  • Export (F11) 
    • Export Dockets
    • Sage Export
    • Sage Export All
    • Export Summary
    • Export BACS
    • Export Sheet Dockets
    • Export Summary All
    • Export Sheet Summary Selected

Translations and locale: Norwegian Bokmål

Added support for Norwegian Bokmål translations and locale.

Renamed setting

The 'Credit Card in App' setting is now called 'Credit Card (App/E-booking)' to help users know that the setting also affects E-booking card bookings. 

Group Docket Mode: Invoice Templates

Invoice templates are now exported according to the invoice template that's created when using a docket group mode.

 

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed: When changing the docket group mode of an account, the invoice templates for each ode are ignored and the system uses the default template. 
  • Fixed: Incorrectly showing error 'Settings updated by another user' message.
  • Fixed: Issue with Job Processor Tables not updating when filters applied.
