The Queue Overview report will show you a detailed outline of how many and which calls have come through each queue.
To access this screen:
- Click on Queue Overview from the Reports > Call Reports menu.
Get updated report
To get an updated report:
- Select the Start/End Date.
- Then click Get Report.
To view the queue details:
- Click on a queue within the report.
To export the report into a CSV file:
- Click on Export to CSV file in the top-right.
The report will then be exported.
