What's New

Dual Queue & Zone Group Visibility

We have made several updates to Booking & Dispatch to highlight which drivers have more than one queue position using Dual Queue Zoning, and which drivers are currently in a zone that is part of a Zone Group.

You can now see where drivers may hold two positions within a dual queue zone, or currently residing in a zone group area, via the Query ('Q') screen drivers. These new fields help to improve visibility for your dispatchers and operators helping to make better dispatch decisions through being informed of which zones drivers have availability within.
With Dual Queue Zones enabled, drivers within a dual zone now have their positions displayed in both the Zone and Dual Zone fields on the Query ('Q') screen.



Additionally, with Zone Groups enabled, drivers entering a zone within a group are shown in both the zone group and their current zone within the zone fields of the Vehicle Status.

Note: You must have Dual Queue Zones and/or Zone Groups configured to use these features.

Show No Fare Icon for Multi-Pickup Jobs

On the Query ('Q') screen, multi-pickup jobs display a blue 'N' () icon at any pickup stage where the drive has issued a no fare command.



With this information, you can now easily identify which part(s) of the journey have been marked as no fare, helping you to discern the final price and why it may differ from the initial estimate.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed: Issue where the quote on a booking is not updating when selecting a new date using the calendar widget.
  2. Fixed: Issue where signatures do not show on archived bookings.
  3. Fixed: Issue where the 'Alt + S' keyboard shortcut temporarily stops working when a global search run is completed.
  4. Fixed: Issue with timestamps showing the Local/System time instead of the correct Server time.
  5. Fixed: Issue where the Webphone is not showing typed numbers.
  6. Fixed: Issue where the Webphone information button is not working.
  7. Fixed: Issue with loading the booking information for bookings with a call recording.
  8. Fixed: Issue where an error message occurs when booking a return job.
  9. Fixed: Issue where extra columns are added when dropping a column outside the table header.
  10. Fixed: Issues on the Locate and Request page where the map is unavailable and alignment issues affecting the text.
  11. Fixed: Issue where the first row of the search results table in the streets database address search is not highlighted as expected.
  12. Fixed: UI issue where there is too much padding causing white space on the Edit Route Point modal for Via and Destination.
