What's New

Driver Messaging by Status

The Driver Messaging (F9 + F1 modal) has two new fields: 'Driver(s)' and 'Status', which are hidden by default and only available through customising the form. 

Using these fields, you can target your messaging based on a driver's status, such as sending a message to all drivers who are soon to clear.

Schedule a Driver Suspension

You can now schedule a suspension for your drivers by providing a start date, which offers improved flexibility in managing your fleet. 

Use the 'Suspension Start Date' field within the F4 Toggle Suspension popup in the drivers list to schedule a driver's suspension.

Global Search: Pickup & Destination Zones

We have added 'Pickup Zone' and 'Destination Zone' fields in the Global Search. 

These new fields allow you to check specific job details from bookings in certain zones.

Pricing & Route ETAs

We now display 'Pricing' routes when viewing a booking in dockets, on the active screen, archived and prebookings. Whereas viewing a booking from the Query and Warning screens, the route shown has been calculated for ETA.

Change History: Who Cancelled / Modified

In the Change History of a booking, the records now indicate when an operator or a third party cancels a job.

F5 Copy on CAP Bookings

You can now copy CAP bookings using the 'F5' key on the booking form or when viewing a booking.

Shout Fare: Decimal Place Support

Decimal places can now be entered on the 'Fare' and 'Extras' fields within the Shout Fare pop-up.

Translations Update

We have updated the translations available in Booking & Dispatch.

Shout Fare: Currency Symbol

The currency symbol for the 'Fare' and 'Extras' fields is now separate from the text input field.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed: Issue where multiple drivers have the same queue position in the zone overview screen.
• Fixed: Issue where 'Cab Exchange' fields do not appear on archived bookings.
• Fixed: Issue where flight info field changes are not added to the change history log.
• Fixed: Issue where the Wall incorrectly shows as active on all companies.
• Fixed: Issue where incorrect time intervals occur when using the arrow keys to change the time on the booking form.
• Fixed: Issue where the 'Late' status column on active bookings does not increment as time progresses.
• Fixed: Issue where the key incorrectly focuses on the 'Via' field after discarding the booking.
• Fixed: Issue where the map on the Advanced Booking job modal is slow to load when viewing bookings.
• Fixed: Two issues affecting vehicle map markers, where they would not appear on the map and would load slowly when making a booking.
• Fixed: Issue where notes on multiple Via addresses are not saving.
• Fixed: Issue where the 'Since Picked Up' time field on a dispatched job is showing an incorrect value when the driver accepts the job, but has not yet picked up the customer.
• Fixed: Issue where the green border that indicates a vehicle is soon to clear no longer appears on vehicles in the Zone chart.
• Fixed: Issue where the full vehicle details are not loading on the Tracking screen.
