365 Booking & Dispatch 1.35.2602.003

Here you will find the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes for 365 Booking & Dispatch.

To ensure you have the best experience using our product, we recommend updating to the latest version available.

NotesNote: The features available to you will depend on the configuration and the current version of 365 Booking & Dispatch you're using.

What's New

Passenger Chased Booking

We've added a new feature which indicates on the booking form and within booking tables that a passenger has chased up on their booking if the driver has not yet arrived, or to re-confirm that the driver is on their way.
There is a new value on the booking form, 'BOP' (Passenger Back on Phone) which denotes if a passenger has chased their booking by ABOP or manually.
If a passenger calls in and hits ABOP, the values increases by 1. If a passenger calls in and speaks to an operator, they can press 'CTRL + B' to manually increase the chased value. A new record will also appear in the booking change history stating that the booking was chased and by which method (manually by operator or using IVR/ABOP). As well, a field on the active bookings screen for 'Back on Phone' also displays the number of times a passenger has chased either by ABOP or by an operator marking the booking.

'Will Call' Bookings

There is a new feature in Booking & Dispatch on the booking form which allows an operator to book a job that does not release automatically, which can be used for trips without a fixed pickup/return time, requiring a passenger to request a dispatch. The booking automatically cancels at the end of the day if the passenger has not requested it to be dispatched. 'Will Call' bookings can only be released manually.

Note: You must enable this feature in Management first.

When enabled, two new tick boxes show on the booking form for outbound and return bookings, labelled 'Will Call'. Both cannot be ticked simultaneously.

Show Similar Bookings

To alert operators that the booking they are making matches other booking details, we've added a new feature that offers the ability to view the similar booking(s), so the they can determine whether they need to continue the booking process.
Note: You must enable this feature in Management first

Upload Photo for Account Bookings

Drivers can now upload a picture to an account booking to provide proof that they have picked up or dropped off an important delivery or passenger. Office staff can then view the picture when viewing a booking in Booking & Dispatch.
Note: You must enable this feature in Management first.

Preferred Driver/Vehicle Feature

On the booking form, there is a new option that allows users to set a preferred driver on a booking that considers said driver first, but auto-dispatches the job to another should they be unavailable. This feature allows you to simultaneously automatically dispatch bookings whilst assigning bookings to specific drivers, and know that the booking will be covered if the specified driver is unavailable

Rejected Jobs Field in Booking Reports

In the Booking Zone Stats report, there is a new field 'Rejected', which displays the total number of rejected jobs in a period.
