What's New

Backup Zone Overrides

Our new backup zones feature allows you to change backup zones on the fly to better manage demand.
In Booking & Dispatch, a new input field has been added next to the busy/clear vehicle icons. This field is only visible when one or more backup zone overrides have been configured. Users can then manually switch between backup zone sets.
NotesNote: Only users with the appropriate permissions can change backup zone sets.

Change to the 'Preferred Driver' Shortcut

The shortcut for selecting a preferred driver has been updated from 'CTRL + P' to 'ALT + P'.

Disable Ringback/Textback from the Booking Form

When the 'Set Ringback/Textback Off' option is selected from the F1 CLI Options on the booking form, no ringback or textback will be sent to passengers at all.

Improvements

Repeat Days on 'Will Call' Bookings

Operators can now configure repeat days for "Will Call" bookings.

Pickup & Drop off Charge Visibility Improvements

Pickup and drop off charges added by pricing zones are now separated from tariff charges and displayed as distinct fields on the booking form. The following fields have been added:
  1. Pickup Charges (Price)
  2. Pickup Charges (Cost)
  3. Drop off Charges (Price)
  4. Drop off Charges (Cost)
These fields are also available across key tables (Active, Advanced, Dispatched, and Global Search) with configurable visibility.

Updated Help Page Links

Help centre links (yellow hat icon) across Booking & Dispatch have been updated to point to the new help centre.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed: Issue where the scroll on the address dropdown is not working.
  2. Fixed: Issue affecting copied bookings where the Account is not changing to 'Easy Pay' when an F10 payment is taken.
  3. Fixed: Issue where 'Account Tags' are not populating when mandatory fields are applied.
  4. Fixed: Issue with expiry data on Vehicle details do not show when accessing using the keyboard shortcut.
  5. Fixed: Issue where the enter key on the numeric keypad is not working.
  6. Fixed: Issue where the flight search is not using the server local time.
  7. Fixed: Issue where the password modal does not appear when selecting an account on the booking form.
  8. Fixed: Issue where cancelling a dispatched job that has a return journey, the system incorrectly deletes the return series instead of the dispatched job.
  9. Fixed: Issue where 'priority' appears incorrectly on the advanced bookings table for mobile app bookings.
  10. Fixed: Issue where the price and cost fields not showing the full value on the Vehicle Query screen.
