What's New

Notification of Duplicate Account Code

When you enter an account code that is already in use by another account, a banner appears to alert you that this code is in use.



However, note that this is just a warning, and the same code can still be used for multiple accounts.

Show Driver Lost Earnings

We have added a new toggle for 'Show Driver Lost Earnings'. When enabled, the lost earnings, which are the earnings drivers miss due to no fares, rejections, and recoveries, are displayed in the Driver Sheet. To enable this setting:
  1. In Account Settings, go to Driver & Vehicles > General.
  2. Under Driver Sheet, toggle on the 'Show Driver Lost Earnings' setting.

Once enabled, this information will be included in all newly created driver sheets.

Improvements

Processor Assistant (Previously Accounts Automator)

The Accounts Automator is now called Processor Assistant. The associated user access permission has also been renamed accordingly.

Allow Three Decimal Places in the From/To Fields

For parity with Ghost Windows and to improve tariff precision, we now support three decimal places in the 'From/To (mi)' field for tariffs.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed: Issue where the 'Start/End Time' range is missing from weekly, yearly, and one-time schedules when adding a time schedule in multiple sections of 365.
  2. Fixed: Issue where adding a new dispatch delay for a company with one set results in the original dispatch being incorrectly deleted instead of preventing the user from configuring a delay on that company.
  3. Fixed: Issue where right-clicking to export the table for Address Tags and Account Tags does not include data for the 'Requested and Forbidden Drivers' and 'Requested and Forbidden Vehicles' fields.
  4. Fixed: Issues affecting Processor Assistant (previously Accounts Automator), including:
    1. An issue where there is no 'Add me' button when adding a condition to an auto-approving recipe.
    2. An issue with the auto-approve recipe builder, where the auto-approval recipe clauses are obscured and cannot be seen.
  5. Fixed: Issue where there is no 'Add' button when adding a document in the Documentation section of a Driver Recruitment campaign wizard.
  6. Fixed: Issue where the Ongoing Challenges section within a driver's profile is missing.
  7. Fixed: Issue where tables are appearing distorted.
