Here you will find the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes for the 365 Management.
To ensure you have the best experience using our product, we recommend updating to the latest version available.
Note: The features available to you will depend on the configuration and the current version of the 365 Management you're using.
What's New
Import/Export Drivers & Vehicles
We have added a new feature to 365 Management that allows you to efficiently bulk import driver and vehicle records. You can use this feature to import a .CSV file containing new driver or vehicle records, allowing you to easily and quickly onboard large numbers of drivers and vehicles into your system.
New permissions have also been added to ensure that only users with the specified access can import and export data.
Bulk Edit Drivers & Vehicles
For systems with a large number of driver/vehicle records, we've implemented a new tool to bulk edit fields within driver and vehicle records. Reduce time spent editing records using bulk edit actions, and in turn, help you make operational changes efficiently, when required. You can select drivers/vehicles directly from a list, or download a CSV template and re-upload with populated fields containing driver or vehicle callsigns.
The bulk actions you can perform include the following:
Drivers:
- Accepts account bookings - Enable account bookings to be dispatched to selected drivers, or disable this option to prevent these jobs from being assigned to them.
- Accepts cash bookings - Enable cash bookings to be dispatched to selected drivers, or disable this option to prevent these jobs from being assigned to them.
- Change company - Change the associated company of the selected drivers.
- Driver suspension - You can suspend the selected drivers or remove suspensions from already suspended drivers, which also removes any scheduled suspensions for drivers who have them.
- Modify capabilities - Select whether to add or remove capabilities for the selected drivers.
- Modify sheet template - Select to change or remove a sheet template from the selected driver's records.
- Modify shift pattern - Select to change or remove a shift pattern from the selected driver's records.
- Modify transaction group - Select to change or remove a transaction group from the selected driver's records.
Vehicles:
- Change company - Change the associated company of the selected vehicles.
- Modify add-ons group - Select to change or remove an add-ons group from the selected vehicle records.
- Modify capabilities - Select whether to add or remove capabilities for the selected vehicles.
- Modify functionality group - Select to change or remove a functionality group from the selected vehicle records.
- Modify shift pattern - Select to change or remove a shift pattern from the selected vehicle records.
- Modify transaction group - Select to change or remove a transaction group from the selected vehicle records.
- Vehicle suspension - You can suspend the selected vehicles, or remove suspensions from already suspended vehicles, which also removes any scheduled suspensions for vehicles that have them.
Periodic Messaging: Driver Messaging in Bulk
An update has been made to the periodic messaging feature. Users can now upload a CSV file containing driver callsigns, or they can select multiple drivers from a list. With this new feature, you can send periodic messages in bulk and target your communications to specific groups of drivers.
Driver Shifts Report
Under the Reports section of Management, you can now view Driver Shift data. Users, such as fleet owners, who do not have access to Accounts, are now able to view data about fleet performance. A new permission to control access to this section has also been added to the Roles area.
Driver Recruitment: Expiry Dates & ID Numbers
You can now request the expiry date and badge/document numbers of any documents submitted through a driver application, removing the requirement for drivers to add these during the onboarding process.
Driver Recruitment: Company Selector
In multi-company systems, when approving a driver application, there is now an option to select the Company. When creating the vehicle and driver records, these are now automatically associated with the chosen company.
For combined recruitment campaigns, you can easily assign drivers to your sub-companies, making the onboarding process more efficient.
Driver Recruitment: Delete Driver Applications
We've added a new option to remove driver applications from the list, allowing you to remove irrelevant records and organise the applications table.
Functionality Groups: Job Offer Timer
The global setting, 'Booking Offer Timeout (secs)', has been added to Functionality Groups to control how long a job offer remains on a driver's Driver Companion, allowing you to configure whether certain drivers require longer or shorter job offer timers.
Note: The value must be set between 5 and 60 seconds. We recommend setting a longer timeout, so driver's have better visibility of the job details before accepting/rejecting.
Functionality Groups: Accept Booking Offer
A new toggle called 'Accept Booking Offer' has been added to the Interface tab within Functionality Groups. This new setting aims to improve the job acceptance rate by allowing you to remove the option for drivers with a poor acceptance rate to decline offers. When this feature is enabled, job offers for drivers in this functionality group will appear without a reject button in the list view and will not include any job information.
Schedule a Driver Suspension
You can now schedule a suspension for your drivers by providing a start date, which offers improved flexibility in managing your fleet.
The new Suspension Schedule option in the System settings of a driver record allows you to input the starting and ending dates and provide a reason for a driver's suspension.
The Wall: Dispatch Time Seconds Setting
We have added an option to configure seconds as a value in the Dispatch Time setting within the Wall. You can now trigger the Wall if a job is delayed by just a few seconds, allowing you to balance the supply and demand of your fleet more accurately.
Booking Offer Fields: Surge Percentage
There is a new option in the Booking Offer Fields of the Driver Companion settings that allows you to control whether drivers can see the 'Surge Percentage' on the Job Offer screen. By notifying drivers that a booking is subject to surge pricing, these jobs become more appealing, which can lead to an increase in job acceptances.
This new option can be configured for the 'Job Offer', 'Job Accepted', and 'Job History' settings. By default, it is disabled. To enable this feature, you must first enable it for 'Job Accepted'. Then, you can toggle on the other two settings.
Note: Supported and required by the upcoming Android Driver Companion 3.4 release.
Earnings Report: Cash Minus Gratuity
For the Earning Report Optional Fields section of Driver Companion global settings, there is a new toggle, 'Cash minus Gratuity'. Enabling or disabling this option shows or hides the field on the earnings report to show the value of total cash taken on shift minus the total tip amount (gratuity).
New User Permissions
The following user permissions have been added to the Roles section of Users:
- Driver Ratings
- Document Sender
- Driver Groups
- Driver Shift Report
Cab Exchange: New Vehicle Types
Two new vehicle types, 'EV' and 'Child Seat', have been added to Booking Source - Cab Exchange.
Centrodyne Support
We have added support for 'Centrodyne' as a PIA type in Add-On Groups.
Improvements
Accounts Assistant (Previously Accounts Automator)
The Accounts Automator is now called Accounts Assistant. The associated user access permission has also been renamed accordingly.
Advanced Invoice Template Support
When updating an invoice template for a customer account, an 'Advanced' option is available for the Invoice Format setting. By using this option, the templates available for the Invoice Template become specific to the selected type, either 'Default' or 'Advanced'.
Translations Update
We have updated the translations available in Management.
Driver/Vehicles Offline Loading
In the event the system cannot connect to the accounts server, the system now loads in the Driver and Vehicles sections. Previously, these sections could not be accessed until a connection had been re-established.
