365 Management 0.35.2602.001

Here you will find the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes for the 365 Management.

To ensure you have the best experience using our product, we recommend updating to the latest version available.

NotesNote: The features available to you will depend on the configuration and the current version of the 365 Management you're using.

What's New

Maximum Nearest Dispatch Distance

We've added a new setting that allows you to set the maximum nearest dispatch distance per zone and per hour and day of the week. Previously, you could only set the distance as a global setting that covered all zones and time periods. Now, you can refine your system to ensure
drivers can be sent further afield for work during quieter times and remain closer when busy.
To configure this setting:
  1. In Management, go to Dispatch > Dispatch Configuration > General Settings.
  2. Click the 'Max Nearest Dispatch Distance Per Zone' button.
  3. Use the grid and zones dropdown menu to input the maximum dispatch distance in metres for the current zone and times of day .
  4. Press Save to apply your changes.
Notes
Note: You need to configure your zones/backup zones to use 'Nearest Vehicle' dispatch mode for this setting to work.

Passenger Chased Booking - Message to Drivers

For the new 'Passenger Chased Booking' feature in Booking & Dispatch, we've added a new setting in Functionality Groups, 'Passenger Chased Message'. When enabled, this feature sends the configured message the driver, indicating that a passenger has chased up their booking for a status update. For example, if the driver has not turned up.

'Will Call' Bookings

There is a new feature in Booking & Dispatch on the booking form which allows an operator to book a job that does not release automatically, which can be used for trips without a fixed pickup/return time, requiring a passenger to request a dispatch. The booking automatically cancels at the end of the day if the passenger has not requested it to be dispatched.
Notes
Note: 'Will Call' bookings can only be released manually.
To enable this feature:
  1. In Management, go to Booking > Booking Configuration > Entry & Display.
  2. Tap to toggle on the 'Enable Will Call Bookings'.
When enabled, two new tick boxes show on the booking form for outbound and return bookings, labelled 'Will Call'. Both cannot be ticked simultaneously.

Co2 Emissions Uplift

You can now configure what the percentage uplift is for the Co2 Emissions setting in Accounts > Account Settings > General > Jobs. This allows you to configure this percentage uplift according to any required rules and regulations.

Display Company Number of Driver for Voice & Call Customer

There is a new field, 'Driver Side Caller ID', within Company details. When configured, this setting ensures that drivers see the correct number for the company they work for when they are called from the system, or by a passenger using the call customer/driver feature.
To configure this feature:
  1. In Management, navigate to Companies and double-click to edit a Company.
  2. Open the Communications tab.
  3. Locate the 'Driver Side Caller ID' field. Set this to the main company number

Driver End-Of-Shift Email

At the end of a shift, you can configure an email that is automatically sent to drivers which summarises the work they completed while on shift, reducing the need for drivers to manually work out their earnings at the end of their shift, and provides a complete breakdown of bookings completed per shift.
To configure this email:
  1. In Management, go to Driver/Vehicles > Driver Companion > Global Settings > Work.
  2. Tap to toggle on the 'Send Driver Shift Report as Email?' setting.
  3. Use the 'Driver Shift Email Config' button underneath to modify the Subject and Body of the email. Use the 'F9' key to open the tags menu, which you can apply to the email to include information such as bookings total, time elapsed, cash minus gratuity, etc

Approximate Pickup Location on Job Offer

To send job offers to drivers with an approximate pick up area, which displays a map with a radius, you can enable the new option 'Approx. Pickup Location' in Booking Offer fields. This can help avoid the issue of drivers taking advantage of the system by cancelling a booking at the pickup address.

Upload Photo for Account Bookings

Drivers can now upload a picture to an account booking to provide proof that they have picked up or dropped off an important delivery or passenger. Office staff can then view the picture in a new 'Photos' tab within the booking in Accounts and when viewing a booking in Booking & Dispatch.

To support this feature, there is a new 'Require Photo' setting in Accounts > Customer Accounts > Job Processing. When enabled, drivers will see an 'Upload Photo' button in the right-hand menu of their Driver Companion.

Preferred Driver/Vehicle Feature

There are several new settings in Management to configure for our new Preferred Driver/Vehicle feature, which allows users to set a preferred driver on a booking that considers said driver first, but auto-dispatches the job to another should they be unavailable.

To enable, go to Driver/Vehicles > Driver Companion > Global Settings > Acceptance and toggle on the 'Preferred Driver or Vehicle' setting under the 'Always Use Reject Penalty' header.

In Booking Tags, we've added an accompanying setting that allows you to switch between the existing 'Requested' and the new 'Preferred' modes for callsigns.

For prebook bidding settings in Dispatch Configuration > Bidding, there is a new setting, 'Is Callsign Requested or Preferred?' which when setting to Preferred removes the callsign automatically for prebookings if the driver is unavailable to fulfil the booking. Leaving the default 'Requested' means the operator has to remove the callsign manually if the driver is unavailable.

Changing User Passwords

All users now have a 'Change Password' option in their profile details (top right-hand corner of the 365 Login Portal), which when clicked, shows a pop-up prompting the user to set a new password after validating their old one.

Prioritising Dispatch of Super Jobs

For our Incentives feature, we've modified the 'Consider Super Job Backup Zones' setting, changing the name to 'Prioritise Dispatch of Super Job?' and adjusting the behaviour.
Now, when this setting is enabled, a vehicle with super job active will be prioritised over any clear vehicle in the main and backup zones. When disable, a clear vehicle with a super job active will get a super job ahead of a normal clear in the same zone.

Show Similar Bookings

To alert operators that the booking they are making matches other booking details, we've added a new feature that offers the ability to view the similar booking(s), so the they can determine whether they need to continue the booking process.

To enable this feature:
  1. In Management, go to Booking > Booking Configuration > Entry & Display.
  2. Toggle on the 'Show Similar Bookings' setting.

Licenses: Company Filter

On the Licenses page, users on multicompany systems who have access to limited companies will
now only see licenses for the companies they have been granted access to.

Increase Maximum Driver & Vehicle Callsigns

We've increased the amount of characters supported by the callsign fields from 7 to 10.

Rejected Jobs Field in Booking Reports

In the Total Bookings and Dispatched Breakdown reports, there is a new field 'Rejected', which
displays the total number of rejected jobs in a period.

365 Portal User Permissions

For better management of the permissions users have when logging into the 365 Portal, the permissions for each product tile (Management, Booking & Dispatch, Accounts V2, etc.) have been moved to a new '365 Portal' tab within Roles.

Improvements

Increase Maximum Driver & Vehicle Callsigns

We've increased the amount of characters supported by the callsign fields from 7 to 10.

Removing 'Zone MDT ID's' in Warning Message

When applying a draft re-zone to live, we've removed the "Zone MDT ID's" text from the list in the red warning message, as this is already covered under "Zones and zone data".

Removing Gainsight

We have removed the Gainsight PX platform from our system, which includes the knowledge centre bot (indicated by a dark blue circle with a question mark ( ? ) icon, commonly found in the bottom-right corner of the screen) and any related in-app walkthroughs, pop-ups and dialogues.
