What's New

Upload Photo for Account Bookings

Drivers can now upload a picture to an account booking to provide proof that they have picked up or dropped off an important delivery or passenger. Office staff can then view the picture in a new tab within the new 'Photos' tab within the Booking Information of a job.

Kickback Fee & Kickback Fee Commission

We have added the 'Kickback Fee' and 'Kickback Fee Commission' fields to the table in Docket
Checks.

Pricing Tariff Column

We've added the 'Pricing Tariff' field to the tables in Docket Checks and the Jobs Archive.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed: Issue on the docket checks screen, when clicking the small keyboard in the bottom-right corner, some of the buttons in the list do not respond to mouse-clicks.
  2. Fixed: Issue where no details appear when hovering over map markers on the Vehicle Tracking screen.
  3. Fixed: Issue where the transaction group on a driver record cannot be viewed, added or modified.
  4. Fixed: Issue where photos submitted as part of an auto-approved query are not appearing on dockets.
  5. Fixed: Issues when adding a partial credit note, including:
    1. Issue when adding an adjustment reason, the reason is not automatically populating from the drop down box.
    2. Issue when selecting an adjustment reason and pressing confirm, it does not appear in the field within the table.
    3. Issue where an error occurs when trying to issue the credit note.
  6. Fixed: Issue where inserting a price on a docket, the screen gets stuck on the 'Fetching Dockets' spinner.
  7. Fixed: Issue when processing a driver or a vehicle, the 'Owes' or 'Owed' amount is not showing.
