What's New

Filter by Docket State in Accounts

In Accounts, you can now filter using the 'F' key to view 'All dockets', 'Approved dockets only', or 'Unapproved dockets only'. These new options give you more flexibility in filtering docket types, allowing you to see specific dockets without loading all of them.

Dockets: Driver Commission Fee

We've added 'Driver Commission Fee' as a customisable field to the dockets table.

Dockets: Completed By Company

We've added 'Completed By Company' as a customisable field to the dockets table.

Driver & Vehicle Accounts: 'N' Key

When navigating the Driver and Vehicle Accounts lists, you can press the 'N' key to open up the notes option. Previously, you could only access the Notes feature when the transaction window is open on or a driver or vehicle accounts

Improvements

Report Results Require Search to Load

For system performance improvements when viewing report data, results on the 'Aged Debtors' and 'Balance' reports will no longer be automatically loaded upon entering a report. Instead, results now load only after clicking the search button.

Dockets: CO2 Emissions

We have added a new field, 'CO2 Emissions" to the dockets tables and docket form. You can add this field to your table by right-clicking and selecting 'Customise'. On a docket form, the field appears under the 'Miscellaneous' section.

PTB & Dead Mileage Reports

We have added support for the PTB and Dead Mileage reports in Accounts V2. You can access these reports using the 'F3' key.

Translations Update

We have updated the translations available in Accounts V2.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed: Issue where a travel program cannot be added to a CAP docket.
  2. Fixed: Issue where 'Cab Exchange' fields do not appear on archived bookings.
  3. Fixed: Issue where partial credit notes cannot be issued on inserted dockets.
  4. Fixed: Issue where the translations for company/vehicle/account/driver selections are broken.
  5. Fixed: Issue where the dropdown list for accounts types is not working within the Job Archive.
  6. Fixed: Issue where a suspended driver's name does not appear in the Driver Sheet history details table.
