What's New

Email Address Field When Creating an Invoice

For parity with Ghost Windows, when creating an invoice, the email address field in the popup is now pre-populated. Now, users can manually adjust which email address(es) the invoice is sent to.

Operator Payments Report Improvements

We've added three enhancements to the Operator Payments report:
  1. A new operator search allows filtering on specific operators.
  2. A 'Payment Method' column has been added, enabling users to clearly see the payment type used for each Pay In/Out.
  3. A 'Reason' column has been added, providing visibility into why each Pay In/Out was performed.

Company Filter Improvements in Driver & Vehicle Accounts

The company selector is now always visible in the main filter overlay across Driver Accounts, Driver Sheet History, Vehicle Accounts, and Vehicle Sheet History, regardless of the Independent Accounts setting. In Driver/Vehicle Sheet History, a company filter has also been added to Export Sheet Summary PDF and Export Sheet Summary All.

Improvements

Email Credit Note on Right-Click

You can now right-click on a credit note to send it by email. A popup will appear displaying the credit note number, email field, subject, and body.

Price-Limit Configuration in Customer Records

You can now add, edit, or delete price limits within Customer Records. A new 'Price Limits' button is available under the Tariffs section.

Card App Jobs Total in Sheets History

The 'Card App Jobs Total' column has been added to the Driver and Vehicle Sheet History tables.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed: Issue where clicking a google address on a docket does not trigger a reprice.
  2. Fixed: Issue where multiple email addresses cannot be added when sending a statement.
  3. Fixed: Issue where the Driver Accounts background behind the Pay In/Out popup window is blurred.
  4. Fixed: Issue where the 'Status' labels in the Booking Totals report are not showing correctly in the UI.
