The Activities tab contains booking statuses that you can use to search for bookings that are live (booked, dispatched, vehicle arrived, passenger on board), completed, or cancelled.

Bookings

The Live screen contains bookings that have been dispatched.

1. Booked
   
2. Dispatched
   
3. Vehicle Arrived
   
4. Passenger On Board
   
5. Completed

Cancelled

The Cancelled screen contains bookings that have been cancelled.

View booking details 

To view the details of a booking:

1. Click on a booking from the list.
   

The booking details will then be displayed.

Edit a booking

To edit a booking:

1. Click on the (Edit) icon while viewing the booking details.
   
2. Then make your changes and click Confirm Changes.

Ready to go

To release a booking early if you're ready to go:

1. Click on Ready to go while viewing the booking details.
   

The booking will then be moved to the 'Live' screen once dispatched.

Cancel a booking

To cancel a booking:

1. Click on a booking from the list.
   
2. Click on the Cancel button at the bottom.
   
3. Then click Yes.
   

The booking will now be cancelled and move to the 'Cancelled' screen.

Rebook a booking

To rebook a completed booking:

1. Click on Rebook under a listed booking.
   

The booking form will then be populated with the same booking details.
