The Agent History report will show you the history of the agents in available, paused and total.

To access this screen:

1. Click on Agent History from the Reports > Agent Stats menu.
   
   

Get updated report

To an updated report:

1. Select the Start/ End Date and the Queue.
   
2. Then click Get Report.
