Agent Stats: Free Time - Phantom

The Free Time report will display how long an agent has been available before the next call.


To access this screen:

  1. Click on Free Time from the Reports > Agent Stats menu.

Get updated report

To an updated report:

  1. Select the Start date in the top-left.
  2. Then click Get Report.

Export

To export the report into a CSV file:

  1. Click on Export to CSV file in the top-right.

The report will then be exported.
