Agent Stats: Overview - Phantom

The Overview report provides you with a broad overview of your agents on the platform including information such as total logged in time, total time paused, number of answered and bounced calls.


To access this screen:

  1. Click on Agent Stats - Overview from the Reports > Agent Stats menu.

Get updated report

To an updated report:

  1. Select the Start/ End Date.

    Note: You can also filter by specific details by entering it into the search bar.

  2. Then click Get Report.

Export

To export the report into a CSV file:

  1. Click on Export to CSV file in the top-right.

The report will then be exported.
