Agent Stats: Short Calls - Phantom

The Short Calls report provides a breakdown of the short calls arranged by agent name and day.

To access this screen:

  1. Click on Short Calls from the Reports > Agent Stats menu.

Get updated report

To an updated report:

  1. Select the Start Date.

  2. Then click Get Report.
