The Top Agents report can be used to find the best-performing agents and compare their stats.

To access this screen:

1. Click on Top Agents from the Reports > Agent Stats menu.
   
   

Get updated report

To an updated report:

1. Select the Start Date, Agents, and Queue.
   
2. Then click Get Report.
