Agents - CAP

The Agents section is where all the companies can be found that have the Corporate Accounts Portal module enabled on the Registration site.

To enable a company’s account:

  1. Double-click on their account in the table.
  2. Check the correct email has been provided.
  3. Then click on Email Link.

An activation email will then be sent to the company. 

NoteOn clicking the Activation Link in the email, the customer will be activated and can start using the Corporate Accounts Portal. They will appear under the Configuring filter if they have not yet clicked the Activation Link.

NoteThe graph for this section will display the following filters:

  • Enabled: A company in this state has activated their account and may now be using the Corporate Accounts Portal.
  • Configuring: A company in this state have had their Corporate Accounts Portal enabled but has not yet activated the account.
  • Disabled: A company in this state has had its Corporate Accounts Portal account disabled on the Registration Site (after previously being enabled).
