Call Reports: Main Calls - Phantom

The Main Calls report allows you to see how many calls have passed through your system.


To access this screen:

  1. Click on Main Calls from the Reports > Call Reports menu.

Get updated report

To an updated report:

  1. Select the Start/ End Date.

    Note: You can also filter by specific caller telephone numbers using the 'Caller' field. 

  2. Then click Get Report.

Export

To export the report into a CSV file:

  1. Click on Export to CSV file in the top-right.

The report will then be exported.
