Call Reports: Queue Calls - Phantom

The Queue Calls report provides you with statistics on calls related to certain queues, including the number of calls and how they were handled.


To access this screen:

  1. Click on Queue Calls from the Reports > Call Reports menu.

Get updated report

To an updated report:

  1. Select the Start/ End Date and Queue.
  2. Then click Get Report.

Export

To export the report into a CSV file:

  1. Click on Export to CSV file in the top-right.

The report will then be exported.
