The Ring Group Statistics report allows you to view reports containing ring group agent statistics.

To access this screen:

1. Click on Ring Group Statistics from the Reports > Call Stats menu.
   
   

Get updated report

To an updated report:

1. Select the Start/ End Date.
   
2. Then click Get Report.
