The Callback Status screen shows the status of the ringback request for all of the currently active jobs.
To access this feature:
- Press the J key or click on the shortcut button from the Dispatch screen.
How does it work?
Use your left and right arrow keys to navigate through the different callback type screens:
Calling
Shows all bookings in the table with the 'Calling' status.
Called Back
Shows all bookings in the table with the 'Call back' status.
Called
Shows all bookings in the table with the 'Called' status.
Shortcuts
C - Change the status of a 'Call back' booking to 'Called'.
E - Opens the booking details modal where you can make and apply changes.
F - Open the filters menu to select and apply filters to the table.
I - Restore the callback status of a booking from 'Called' to 'Call back'.
Left Arrow - Use to navigate through the different Callback Type screens.
Q - Query a job (Only available when the job is dispatched and has a live vehicle assigned to it).
Right Arrow - Use to navigate through the different Callback Type screens.
T - Calls the mobile number associated with the selected booking.
V - View the booking details.
