Commands - Driver Companion
The commands dropdown can be used to quickly access specific actions within Driver Companion.
To use these commands:
- Press on the Commands dropdown within the right-hand menu.
This will then list the available commands to use.
Note: The commands that show will vary depending on your companies configuration of this section and your current status within Driver Companion.
Yes: A quick way of replying to operators and dispatchers.
No: A quick way of replying to operators and dispatchers.
Loyalty Card: This allows you to input the customer's loyalty card details to use with a booking.
Limit Work: Use this if you only want to receive work in your nearby vicinity.
Recover: This option appears once a job has been accepted, and allows you to recover a job or request it to be recovered by the dispatcher.
No Fare: After swiping to say you have arrived at the pickup location, the No Fare/ No Show option will appear.
