What's New

CAP Redesign

We are excited to announce a redesign of the Corporate Accounts Portal, providing a more modern and improved user experience.
Multiple sections have been updated with a standardised UI, and tabs have been restructured into dedicated pages for improved navigation and easier access

Replacing Charts with Filters

All charts within CAP have been removed and replaced with a dropdown filter containing the same options previously available in the charts.

Handling Default Groups

When attempting to delete the default group, a modal now appears stating it cannot be deleted. Users must first assign another group as the default before deletion.

Improvements

Rename 'Standard Emails' to 'Email Templates'

The Standard Emails page has been renamed to Email Templates to better reflect its purpose.

Buttons for Creating and Saving

Buttons across the portal have been standardised for consistency when adding and saving changes.

Denmark (da-DK) Locale Support

Support has been added for the Danish (da-DK) locale.

Fullscreen Agent Modal

The Add Agent modal is now displayed in fullscreen.

Toggle All Role Permissions

A new toggle has been added when configuring roles, allowing users to enable or disable all permissions within a group.

Validation Question Type Descriptions

Descriptions have been added for each travel program validation question type (e.g. free text, exact match, regex pattern) to provide clearer guidance on how each option works.

Booking Station URL UI Update

In the Share modal, booking station URLs now wrap correctly to prevent horizontal scrolling.

Passcode Field Validation

When the Passcode Required toggle is enabled in account settings, the passcode field becomes mandatory in the passenger modal. A validation message will appear if the passcode is missing when adding or editing a passenger.

Modals: Mobile UI

We've updated the UI for modals on mobile devices so that when a modal is opened, it fits the screen correctly and all functionality is accessible.

Booking Templates: Enabled Column

An Enabled column has been added to the Booking Templates table to indicate whether each template is active.

Success Message on Save

A success message is now displayed when saving changes to settings.

Passenger Signature Display

Passenger Signatures, if available, are now shown in the Booking Details modal.

Passenger Modal: Summary

At the top of the passenger modal, a new 'Summary card' appears which shows the essential passenger details.

Mobile Login & Loading Pages

The login and loading pages have been updated for mobile users to ensure proper layout and visibility of all elements.

Translation Handling Improvements

Language handling has been improved to ensure CAP displays the correct translations based on user role and selected language.

Table Dropdown Improvements

We have implemented the following updates to table dropdown menus:
  1. All dropdown buttons are now labelled 'Actions', and the cog icon has been removed.
  2. All buttons (except 'Add') have been moved into the 'Actions' dropdown to simplify the UI.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed: Issue on the Activities tab where the wrong date range is selected by default when the page loads.
  2. Fixed: Issue when viewing the passenger details from the booking details modal, the modal is not opening in read only mode.
  3. Fixed: Issue where the scroll jumps upwards when reaching the bottom of a paginated table.
  4. Fixed: Issue when creating a booking template, the default vehicle selected by the user is not saving.
  5. Fixed: Issue when enabling the 'Booker Permissions' toggle on the 'Add People' modal, the input fields do not appear correctly.
  6. Fixed: Issue where renamed fields are not being used on the Passenger modal.
