What's New

Automatic Action for Surpassing Travel Program Limits

To prevent journey requests from remaining in a pending state, we've introduced a new Automatic Approval or Cancellation setting for travel program allowance limits.



Enabling this setting allows you to define what happens to a journey if no approval action is taken within a specified time limit.

To configure automatic action for travel program limits:
  1. Open a Travel Program and scroll to the 'Allowance' section.
  2. Enable 'Allowance'.
  3. Select 'Approval Only'.
  4. Enable 'Automatic Action'.
  5. Enter the number of minutes to wait before an automatic action is triggered.
  6. Choose whether the journey request should be automatically approved or automatically cancelled if no approval action is taken within the timeframe.

Improvements

CAP Redeisgn

Following the full CAP redesign released in version 3.0.0, several improvements to the design have been created, including:
  1. Toggle switches - Adjusted the layout of toggle switches so if a label is displayed next to the toggle, the toggle is aligned at the top to the left of the text for better clarity on which toggle matches which description.
  2. Agent Settings redesign - Updated the design of 'Agent Settings' to match the new redesign.
  3. Full screen modals - For standardisation throughout CAP our new design, all modals have been redesigned so they are full screen.
  4. General UI improvements - Adjusting text size for input labels and the description, reducing space between fields, highlighting the first row in a table.

Multicompany Agents

When creating an agent, a new "Is Multicompany" toggle is now available. When enabled, it allows you to enter the CID of the main (parent) company.

Time Restrictions Table

Replaced the 'Time Restrictions' table in Travel Programs with an item list, which shows each time restriction that has been added on that travel program.

Danish Translations

Added support for the Denmark (da-DK) locale in the portal.

Dialling Code Menu on Mobile

On mobile devices, the dialling code menu has been reduced in size to prevent content being pushed off screen.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed: Issue when enabling 'Force Template' on a booking station, the booking station cannot be saved.
  2. Fixed: Issue affecting all tables in CAP where the first row is incorrectly always highlighted by default.
  3. Fixed: Issue where the up/down buttons on number inputs still show the old background colour.
  4. Fixed: Issue when clicking one of the 'Generate' buttons on the booking station modal, both buttons are disabled and only one changes to show 'Generating' as the button text.
  5. Fixed: Two issues when adding an agent:
    1. Issue where the 'Passcode Failure Mode' is not setting to the default value.
    2. Issue where the system allows you to add an agent with no phone number.
  6. Fixed: Issue when saving a booking template after editing, the system returns to the first page on the Booking Templates section, and does not highlight the modified template in the list.
