The Dead Mileage report allows you to view and export the distance travelled by your drivers/vehicles outside your local area.

This is useful for government reporting and insurance purposes.

To access this screen:

1. Click on Dead Mileage from the Reports dropdown menu.
   

Configure report

To configure the dead mileage report:

1. Enter your preferred names for the following fields.
   Note: These will show on your export as column names. 
   
2. Then click Save.

Export report

To export the dead mileage report:

1. Click on the Vehicle Mileage Overview or Breakdown button.
   
   
2. Configure your export settings:
   
   From: Select the start date to export the data from.
   To: Select the end date to export the data from.
   File Name: Enter a unique name for the file.
   Format: Select if the file format should be XLS or CSV.
   Columns: Select if all columns should be exported or use Advanced to select which columns to export manually. 
   
   
3. Then click Export.
