This section allows you to dive deeper into individual accounts with comprehensive trend data.
Here you can analyse weekly and monthly performance, booking types and statuses, service levels, time-of-use patterns, and booking behaviours.
On the 365 Portal, select the Analytics tile. Navigate to Accounts > Detailed Accounts Analysis.
Your data is automatically imported and updated in Analytics, where you can explore it using built-in filters for a more targeted view. You also have the option to export your visualised data in Excel format, enabling deeper analysis and easier sharing with others.
Filter Button () - Click the Filter icon to open it. After adjusting the filter, click anywhere on the page to close the window.
You can filter your data by:
Focus Mode () - Hover over the different graphics and use this button to enlarge the report visual to see more detail.
You cannot filter your data whilst in focus mode; your existing filter will remain until changed. Your current filters remain active while you are in focus mode. To change your filters, click 'Back to report,' make your adjustments, and then return to focus mode.
To export your data:
Click the Three Dots ( ... ) icon in the top-right corner.
The Detailed Accounts Analysis allows you to see an overview by account. Use the left-hand menu to select an account to filter the data.
Click on an element within the visuals to filter the data. For example, select a Booking Source within the Monthly Trend visual and observe how the booking status and pattern data changes.
The different data sources in this section include:
Shows your weekly and monthly trends of bookings in a Combo chart. The columns show the number of bookings separated into booking source type, and the line chart highlights your revenue.
All three data points are shown as a doughnut chart, allowing you to single-click on the different segments to filter the other visuals by.
Note: The Company Split data point is only effective in multi-company systems.Highlights the most frequent times taxis are used by an account, visualised in a treemap. This can help identify peak usage periods by grouping similar time blocks, making it easy to spot trends in ride activity across the day.
This section displays booking trends across the month with this heatmap-style matrix. Days of the month are mapped against days of the week, with darker highlights indicating higher booking volumes. Quickly identify your busiest days to better understand your travel behavior.
Service Levels shows the performance of your taxi services using a detailed bar chart, broken down by the job outcome (e.g. On time, No job, Cancelled, 5-10 Mins) and separated by ASAP and Prebookings.
