The documents upload feature allows you to upload required driver or vehicle documents to Driver Companion, and submit them to your company for approval. 

To upload a document:

1. Press on your driver or vehicle icon in the left-hand menu.
   
   
2. Press on the Licence (My Documents) tab.
   
   
3. Press on the document you want to upload.
   
   
4. Enter the required details, press on Please select document to add file or photo proof, and then press Submit. 
   
   

A confirmation will then be displayed and your submission will be pending approval.

Uploaded documents will show a different icon depending on their status:

• Green: Approved.
  
  
• Yellow: Pending approval.
  
  
• Red: Rejected.
  
  

Note: This feature may or may not be enabled by your company.
