Driver Documents - Driver Companion

The driver documents section allows you to view, accept, reject, and download documents sent to you by your company. 

To access any sent documents:

  1. Press on the Driver Documents button within the left-hand menu. 

This will then list any available documents.

Note: If no documents have been sent, you will see the following message.

Open a document 

To open a document:

  1. Press on an available document. 

This will then open the document for you to review.

Note: You can also view a 'Description' of the document by pressing the following button.

This will then display a description or instructions for the document.

Accept or Reject a document

To accept or reject a document:

  1. Press on the Accept or Reject buttons at the bottom. 

Note: If the buttons show as greyed-out, then you must read (scroll) through the document before you can Accept or Reject it.

Download a document

To download a document to your device:

  1. Press on the Download button at the top-left. 

Document status

Documents can have any of the following statuses:

  1. Accepted: A document you have accepted.
  2. Rejected: A document you have rejected.
  3. Warning: A document you have yet to accept, and a warning/ reminder has been sent to you.
