Driver and Vehicle Licenses - 365 Management

The Licences screen allows you to add and manage your driver and vehicle licences.

This is useful after you have purchased a number of licences and now need to link them to your drivers or vehicles.


Note: Please ensure that you are adding the correct licence type based on the licences you have purchased.

To access this screen:

  1. Click on Licences from the Drivers/Vehicles dropdown menu.

Driver Licences

The Driver Licences tab is where you can add and manage all of your driver licences.


Add a driver licence

To add a new driver licence:

  1. Click on the Add button on the right-hand side. 

  2. Enter any required details (marked with an asterisk *):

    Driver: The driver this licence will be assigned to.
    Vehicle: The driver’s vehicle (automatically populates if already assigned).
    Email: The driver’s email address to receive their login details.



  3. Then click Create.

The driver will then receive an email with their login details and can log in to Driver Companion.


Note: Driver's will need to click on the 'Use Username and Password' option when logging into Driver Companion.

Vehicle Licences

The Vehicle Licences tab is where you can add and manage all of your vehicle licences.


Add a vehicle licence

To add a new vehicle licence:

  1. Click on the Add button on the right-hand side. 

  2. Enter any required details (marked with an asterisk *):

    Company: The company this vehicle licence will be assigned to.
    Driver: The driver of this vehicle.
    MDT ID: The MDT ID from the vehicle’s Details tab.



  3. Then click Create.

The driver will then receive a text with their activation code and can log in to Driver Companion.

Customise text message

To customise the text message:

  1. Click on the Text Message button on the right-hand side. 

  2. Write your custom text message.

  3. Then click Save.

Order Licences

To order more licences:

  1. Click on the Order More button on the right-hand side of either tab.
