Driver Groups - 365 Management

The Driver Groups screen allows you to add drivers to different driver groups.

This is useful for allowing or blocking selected drivers from using certain vehicles.

To access this screen:

  1. Click on Driver Groups from the Drivers/Vehicles dropdown menu.

Add a driver group

To add a new driver group:

  1. Click on the Add button on the right-hand side. 

  2. Configure the group details:

    Name: A suitable group name.
    Allowed: This will allow drivers to start any vehicle with this group assigned to it.
    Disallowed: This will prevent drivers from starting any vehicle with this group assigned to it.
    Drivers: Select required drivers from the list.

  3. Then click Create.

Note: To use a new 'Driver Group', you will need to assign it in a vehicle's 'Owner' tab.

Delete a driver group

To delete a driver group:

  1. Double-click to open a driver group.

  2. Then click Delete.
