What's New

Email Domain Suggestions

During the sign-up process, when a user types an email and enters the '@' symbol, a dropdown list of suggested domains appears beneath the input field. This feature helps reduce mistyped domains that can lead to failed sign-ups and booking errors by providing accurate domain suggestions.

Rebook On All Journeys

You can now rebook for all journeys, regardless of the booking status: whether completed, active, pending, or cancelled. Now, your corporate account users and individual passengers who frequently rebook the same routes experience a smoother transition for their repeat travel.

Bookings Details: Passenger Email & Phone Number

We now display the passenger's email address and phone number (if available) under their name in the booking details modal, making it easier to view their contact information

Improvements

Guest Users Cancel/Edit Bookings

Any guest who books through your E-Booker can now amend or cancel their bookings, helping to prevent errors, no-shows, and lost fares. Anonymous bookings now have options to cancel and edit on the booking form.
Note: Users have up to 15 minutes to cancel or edit their bookings. After this time, an error message will display.

Show Disclaimer on Vehicle Panel

We have added a disclaimer to inform users that they must select their pickup and destination locations before viewing the vehicle list.

Placeholder Text on Vehicle Panel

New placeholder text, "Vehicle Types," has been added to the vehicle selection option on the Booking Form for better clarity about this section.

New Validation Code Input

We have updated the input field for the validation code to standardise it across the user interface.

International Keyboard Shortcuts

We've added the functionality for international keyboards to use the same shortcuts as a UK keyboard.

Bug Fixes

  1. Fixed: Issue when rebooking a completed or cancelled 'For Staff' booking, 'For Me' and 'For Other' are incorrectly displayed and 'For Staff' is not.
  2. Fixed: Issue where the 'Book' button can be clicked multiple times, duplicating the booking.
  3. Fixed: Issue where the address name from a CAP Booking Template that is attached to a booking station is not being applied to the booking form.
  4. Fixed: Issue where Booking Stations that have no passengers on the account still display 'For Staff' on the booking form.
  5. Fixed: Issue where the pick up and drop off fields are too sensitive when using the arrow keys, resulting in the addresses re-searching and refreshing.
  6. Fixed: Issue where mis-clicking the address text on the booking form closes the address list.
  7. Fixed: Issue when clicking 'Rebook' on a booking, the "Travel Program Updated" warning appears unexpectedly.
