What's New

Message of Filter Results

After applying a filter to search for bookings and no results are found, a new message appears stating:

"No bookings found matching these filters."

With this new message, users are alerted to the reason why no bookings are displayed.

Improvements

Activities: Filtering

On the Activities page, we have added some new filtering options, including:

Date Range: Input a start and end date to search for bookings within this date range.
Payment Method: Use the dropdown menu to filter bookings by the payment type: cash, card and account.
Account & Passenger: Filter the bookings by account type and passenger using the dropdown menus.
Cancellation Charges Only: On the Cancelled tab, select this checkbox to filter bookings where the payment method was set to 'Card'.

These new filters give you a better ability to modify how you view your bookings.

Activities: Updated Icons

For better differentiation when viewing bookings, we've updated the icons based on booking type by user:

For Me - Single User ( ) icon
For Other - Single User with a Plus symbol ( ) icon
For Staff - Multiple Users ( ) icon

Area Name in Booking Address Line

Whenever an area name is defined within a special location, the area name is now appended to the end of the address line.

Validation Code Button

For improved user experience, the 'Send Validation Code' button now displays different text depending on the current state in the validation process.

When the screen loads, but no code has been sent, the button displays "Send Validation Code". This changes to "Resend Validation Code" after the cooling-off period of the initial code. Upon entering four characters into the field, the button changes to "Sign Up", reverting to "Resend Validation Code" if any character is deleted.

Disable Sign Up Until T&C's Accepted

On the Sign Up modal, the sign-up button is disabled until the user accepts the terms and conditions.

Vehicle Selector Redesign

For consistency across our products, we've changed the design of the Vehicle Selector on E-Booker to match our Passenger App.

Credit Card CV2 UI

We've updated the interface when entering the CV2 number of a credit card. Now, it is clearer that there is a 'Confirm' button to press upon inputting this number

Bug Fixes

Fixed: Issue where the payment section appears blank after logging into an account that has card/account payment details in their wallet.
Fixed: Issue affecting the mobile UI where, after placing a booking, the Activities count within the dropdown menu does not match the total bookings count that appears on the desktop UI.
Fixed: Issue when the user has not selected a pickup or destination, the "Select pickup and destination to see available vehicles" message is incorrectly positioned at the bottom of the page.
Fixed: Issue where the wallet reloads after a new card is added.
Fixed: Issue where the 'Login' button on the Login modal is not immediately disabled after it has been clicked.
Fixed: Issue where the 'Book' button is disabled on the booking form after selecting an airport pickup and flight, followed by choosing 'No' on the Set Pickup Time modal.
Fixed: Issue where the 'Vehicle capacity exceeded' warning does not appear when making a CAP booking and exceeding the maximum passengers/luggage.
