The emergency feature can be used to covertly trigger an emergency. 

This is useful for letting the office and other drivers know you are in an emergency, without alerting the passengers to the live recording taking place and being listened to by an agent. 

Note: The functionality of this feature will depend on your companies configuration.

To use this feature:

1. Press on the Emergency () icon within the top bar. 
   
2. Then press the Confirm button.
   
   
   

An emergency call will now be active.

You can stop the emergency by pressing Cancel.

Note: If enabled, other drivers can also receive the emergency notification through Driver Companion.
