General Help - iGo

What is the iGo Portal?

The iGo Portal is a user interface for managing jobs passed through the iGo Network.

It connects Aggregators to our Operators and helps Autocab to manage the iGo Network.

  • Aggregators: Can manage their work that is passed into the iGo Network, and can invite, accept, and reject operators from their marketplace. As well as, raise invoices, manage disputes, and view performance analytics.
  • Operators: Can see work received through the iGo Network, and can accept invites, manage invoices, and raise disputes. As well as, view booking activity and performance analytics.
  • iGo Team: Our team at Autocab can manage marketplaces, originators, and operators.

What are the benefits?

Some of the benefits of using iGo are:

  • Aggregators can fulfil more jobs over a wider geographical area.
  • Operators can provide more jobs to their drivers.

How does it work?

From start to finish the process will be:

  1. A customer requests a job.
  2. The originators receive the job.
  3. The job is sent through the iGo network.
  4. An operator receives the job.
  5. An operator accepts the job.
  6. A driver collects the customer and completes the job.
  7. The originator sends payment to the operator for the job.
  8. The operator pays the driver.

What's available in the iGo Portal?
