Global Settings: Documents - 365 Management
The Documents screen allows you to customise the configuration of Driver Companion’s driver and vehicle documents.
To access this screen:
- Click on Documents from the Drivers/Vehicles > Driver Companion > Global Settings dropdown menu.
Driver and Vehicle documents
The documents are split into two tabs, one for Driver Documents and the other for Vehicle Documents.
Requires Photo
To toggle if a document requires photo proof:
- Select a document.
- Click on the (Tick) or (Cross) icon under the Requires Photo column:
(Tick) Icon: Requires photo proof.
(Cross) Icon: Doesn’t require photo proof. - Then click Save.
Disable Start
To disable a driver starting work if a document hasn’t been provided after the warning period:
- Select a document.
- Toggle the icon to a (Tick) under the Disable Start column.
- Then click Save.
Warning Days
To give drivers a warning period to provide or update a document:
- Select a document.
- Enter the number of warning days under the Warning Days column.
- Then click Save.
