Inbound/Outbound Recordings - Phantom

The Inbound/Outbound Recordings screen is used for managing any calls that have passed through your system and gives you the ability to listen to these recordings. 

To access this screen:

  1. Click on Inbound/Outbound Recordings from the Recordings menu.

Search for recordings

To search for recordings:

  1. Select the Start/ End Date.

    Note: You can narrow down your search by typing in the search field.

  2. Then click Search.

Listen to recordings

To listen to the recordings:

  1. Click on the (Mic) icon for a recording.
  2. Then click on the (Play) icon.

Note: You can also download the recording or change the playback speed by clicking on the (...) icon.
