Internal Call Recordings - Phantom

The Internal Call Recordings screen is used for managing any calls that have passed through your system and gives you the ability to listen to these recordings. 

To access this screen:

  1. Click on Internal Recordings from the Recordings menu.

Search for recordings

To search for internal recordings:

  1. Select the Start/ End Date.

    Note: You can narrow down your search by typing in the search field.

  2. Then click Search.

Listen to recordings

To listen to internal recordings:

  1. Click on the (Mic) icon for a recording.
  2. Then click on the (Play) icon.

Note: You can also download the recording or change the playback speed by clicking on the (...) icon.
