IVR/ABOP - Phantom

The ABOP/IVR screen allows you to create and configure your IVR menu, as well as, control the confirmation messages for IVR sequences. 


To access this screen:

  1. Click on ABOP/IVR from the Routing menu.

Add an ABOP/IVR

To add a new ABOP/IVR:

  1. Click on Add ABOP/IVR in the top-right.
  2. Configure your ABOP/IVR settings:

    Name: Enter a unique name for the IVR/ABOP menu.
    Call Type: Select which type of call this meu will activate on. 
    Welcome Message: Select a welcome message to be played. 
    Booking Complete Message: Select a booking completion message to be played. 
    Strip Address Name: Enable to strip the name from an address. 
    Associated Queue: Select which queue to route this call type to. 
    Max IVR Options: Set how many IVR options can be used. 
    Booking Priority: Set the priority of bookings made through this method. 
    Repeat Booking Confirmation: Set how many booking confirmations should be sent to the customer. 
    Existing Customer/Booking Operator Option: Select what should be done if the caller is an existing customer. 
    New Customer/No Booking Operator Option: Select what should be done if the caller is a new customer. 

  3. Then click Save.
