The Vehicle Sheets History screen contains all of your previous vehicle sheets that are created when vehicles are processed.

This screen is useful if you ever need to check the details of a vehicle sheet or resend one out to an owner if it wasn’t received.

To access this screen:

1. Click on the Job Processor dropdown menu.
   
   

Filtering

To filter the vehicle sheets table:

1. Configure your filter panel options on the right-hand side.
   
2. Then click Search.

The vehicle sheets table will then be populated based on your filter criteria. 

View vehicle sheet history

To view a vehicle's sheet history:

1. Double-click on a vehicle sheet from the table.
   
   

Note: You cannot edit the sheet history details or any dockets here as the vehicle sheet has already been created and sent out.

Additional Actions

The following actions can be used:

• Download Sheet Summary: Click to download a summary of the selected vehicle sheet.
• Export Sheet Summary: Click to export a summary of all the vehicle sheets.
• Export BACS: Click to export vehicle sheets to a BACS file.
