
Before you start your shift, you must log in to Driver Companion using your account details.
To log in with email and password:
Change your password when prompted.
After this, you can use your email and password to log in.
You can also enable biometric login for faster access.

If multiple drivers use the same vehicle, you may need an activation code to log in.
After you enter the activation code, the device stays logged in until you log out.
To log in with an activation code:
Biometric login allows you to log in using your fingerprint or Face ID.
To enable biometric login:
You use your email address to log into Driver Companion, and this cannot be changed.
Please contact your taxi office/organisation for help with your account and the associated email address.
There may be several reasons your login attempts fail:
Email and Password
Make sure you are entering the correct email and password. Passwords are case sensitive so you must enter it exactly as it was created, including lowercase and uppercase letters.
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the 'Forgot password?' button to set a new one.
Biometric Login
If using a fingerprint, ensure your fingers are dry, your finger placement is correct, and the sensor is not dirty.
If using facial ID, make sure your eyes, nose and mouth are fully visible and your front-facing camera is clean and unobstructed.
If you continue experiencing issues during login, such as failed connections, you can submit a support request with your 'Terminal ID' number to receive help.
