Merging Advanced Bookings into Active - 365 Booking & Dispatch
You can merge Advanced Bookings into the active bookings section of the Dispatch screen.
This is useful for viewing upcoming bookings without having to switch screens.
To use this feature:
- Click on the (Cog) icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Click on the Merging Advanced Bookings into Active button.
- Tick Enabled and set the Minutes to Merge:
Enabled: Toggle to enable or disable merging of advanced bookings to active.
Minutes to Merge: Set within how many minutes advanced bookings should be merged. - Then click Confirm.
For example, any bookings within the next 30 minutes will now be merged into the active bookings table.
Note: Advanced Bookings that have been merged are indicated in the status column with a (Clock) icon.Related Articles
