The Music on Hold Manager screen allows you to manage what music is played when a customer is On-Hold.

To access this screen:

1. Click on Music on Hold Manager from the Recordings > System Recordings menu.
   
   

Create a MOH

To create new music on hold recordings:

1. Click on New MOH in the top-right.
   
2. Enter a Name, and upload a music file.
   
3. Then click Save.

Edit MOH 

To edit music on hold recordings:

1. Click on the (Edit) icon.
   
2. Make any required edits.
   
3. Then click Save.
