Here you will find the latest features, improvements, and bug fixes for Phantom.
To ensure you have the best experience using Phantom, we recommend always updating to the latest version available.
Improvements
Google TTS Voices
We've added a new Text-To-Speech (TTS) Engine, allowing you to enable the new Google HD TTS
voices.
To configure this setting:
- Go to System > General.
- Under Text-To-Speech, use the button to switch the TTS Engine to 'Google'.
- Following this, you can use the button adjacent to TTS Voice to select a voice from the
menu.
Restricting Access to Call Recordings
You can now restrict access to call recordings for agents in specific dialling groups. New access
controls allow you to set recording permissions based on recording type and assign listening
rights to particular agents or dialling groups.
To implement restricted access:
- Go to System > Interface User.
- Edit the permissions by clicking on the gear icon.
- Turn the permission for recording type off.
Prevent Deletion of Essential Routing in Use
We have introduced new settings to prevent users from deleting any route that is currently in use,
helping to avoid system issues. Routes can only be deleted once all routing to them has been
removed. If a user attempts to delete a route that is in use, an error message will now appear:
"Unable to delete as it is used in DDI!"
Exclude Agents from Chanspy
We have updated the agent and dialling group configuration options to allow them to be
excluded from Chanspy. This improvement prevents specific users from spying on calls.
Advisory Guidance for Call Routing
When configuring queues and call forwarding, new warning tips now alert you if certain options
might create a loop, potentially preventing calls from being answered
