How to Phone a Customer - Driver Companion

This feature is useful for letting your passengers know you have arrived, of any delays, or even to help with finding their location.

When active on a job, to contact the customer: 

  1. Press on the Phone  button on the job screen.
  2. You can contact the customer using Ringback, which alerts them to your arrival. Or, ring them yourself.

Note: This feature may or may not be enabled by your company.
