Punctuality Controls: Warning Settings - 365 Management

The Warning Settings screen allows you to enable and configure warning messages for different driver scenarios. 

For example, you may want to warn a driver if they have accepted a job, but haven't moved within 10 minutes.


To access this screen:

  1. Click on Warning Settings from the Booking > Punctuality Controls dropdown menu.

Not Moved

The following settings can be configured:


  • Enable Warnings: Toggle to enable or disable Not Moved warnings.
  • ASAP:
    • Cash:
      • ASAP Cash - Not Moved Distance (m): If a vehicle doesn't move the set distance after accepting an ASAP Cash booking, then they will be sent a warning. 
      • ASAP Cash - Not Moved Time (mins): If a vehicle hasn't moved within the set time after accepting an ASAP Cash booking, then they will be sent a warning. 
      • ASAP Cash - Auto Recover Time (mins): If a vehicle still hasn't moved after receiving a warning, then the ASAP Cash booking will be recovered after the set time. 
    • Account:
      • ASAP Account - Not Moved Distance (m): If a vehicle doesn't move the set distance after accepting an ASAP Account booking, then they will be sent a warning. 
      • ASAP Account - Not Moved Time (mins): If a vehicle hasn't moved within the set time after accepting an ASAP Account booking, then they will be sent a warning. 
      • ASAP Account - Auto Recover Time (mins): If a vehicle still hasn't moved after receiving a warning, then the ASAP Account booking will be recovered after the set time. 
  • Prebooked:
    • Cash:
      • Pre-booked Cash - Not Moved Distance (m): If a vehicle doesn't move the set distance after accepting a Pre-booked Cash booking, then they will be sent a warning. 
      • Pre-booked Cash - Not Moved Time (mins): If a vehicle hasn't moved within the set time after accepting a Pre-booked Cash booking, then they will be sent a warning. 
      • Pre-booked Cash - Auto Recover Time (mins): If a vehicle still hasn't moved after receiving a warning, then the Pre-booked Cash booking will be recovered after the set time. 
    • Account:
      • Pre-booked Account - Not Moved Distance (m): If a vehicle doesn't move the set distance after accepting a Pre-booked Account booking, then they will be sent a warning. 
      • Pre-booked Account - Not Moved Time (mins): If a vehicle hasn't moved within the set time after accepting a Pre-booked Account booking, then they will be sent a warning. 
      • Pre-booked Account - Auto Recover Time (mins): If a vehicle still hasn't moved after receiving a warning, then the Pre-booked Account booking will be recovered after the set time. 
  • App:

    • App Booking - Not Moved Distance (m): If a vehicle doesn't move the set distance after accepting an App Booking, then they will be sent a warning. 
    • App Booking - Not Moved Time (mins): If a vehicle hasn't moved within the set time after accepting an App Booking, then they will be sent a warning. 
    • App Booking - Auto Recover Time (mins): If a vehicle still hasn't moved after receiving a warning, then the App Booking will be recovered after the set time. 

Moved But Late


The following settings can be configured:

  • Enable Warnings: Toggle to enable or disable Moved But Late warnings.
  • Going To Be Late (mins): The amount of time a booking must be behind the scheduled ETA before it will be marked as 'Going to be late'.
  • Late (mins): The amount of time a booking must be beyond the scheduled ETA before it will be marked as 'Late'.
  • ASAP:
    • ASAP Cash - Minutes Beyond Quoted ETA: The amount of time beyond the quoted ASAP Cash booking ETA before a vehicle is sent a warning. 
    • ASAP Cash - Auto Recover Time (mins): The amount of time beyond the warning before an ASAP Cash booking is recovered. 
    • ASAP Account - Minutes Beyond Quoted ETA: The amount of time beyond the quoted ASAP Account booking ETA before a vehicle is sent a warning. 
    • ASAP Account - Auto Recover Time (mins): The amount of time beyond the warning before an ASAP Account booking is recovered. 
  • App:
    • App Booking - Minutes Beyond Quoted ETA: The amount of time beyond the quoted App Booking ETA before a vehicle is sent a warning. 
    • App Booking - Auto Recover Time (mins): The amount of time beyond the warning before an App Booking is recovered. 
  • Prebooked:
    • Pre-booked Cash - Minutes Beyond Quoted ETA: The amount of time beyond the quoted Pre-booked Cash booking ETA before a vehicle is sent a warning. 
    • Pre-booked Cash - Auto Recover Time (mins): The amount of time beyond the warning before a Pre-booked Cash booking is recovered. 
    • Pre-booked Account - Minutes Beyond Quoted ETA: The amount of time beyond the quoted Pre-booked Account booking ETA before a vehicle is sent a warning. 
    • Pre-booked Account - Auto Recover Time (mins): The amount of time beyond the warning before a Pre-booked Account booking is recovered.
