Queue Stats: Overview - Phantom

The Queue Overview report will show you a detailed outline of how many and which calls have come through each queue.


To access this screen:

  1. Click on Queue Overview from the Reports > Call Reports menu.

Get updated report

To get an updated report:

  1. Select the Start/End Date.
  2. Then click Get Report.

Queue details

To view the queue details:

  1. Click on a queue within the report.

Export

To export the report into a CSV file:

  1. Click on Export to CSV file in the top-right.

The report will then be exported.
