Searching - 365 Booking & Dispatch

The Search feature allows you to search for specific bookings, customer dockets, and zone statistics. 



To access this feature:

  1. Press the S key or click on the shortcut button from the Dispatch screen.

Global

The Global Search option allows you to search for bookings based on specific criteria.

For example, you may search for a certain Pickup, Destination, Customer Name or Telephone Number.

To use the Global Search option:

  1. Enter any search criteria into the optional fields. 
  2. Then click Search to display the results.

Bookings

The ‘…Bookings’ search options allow you to search for different types of bookings such as; Completed, Cancelled, No Fare, Recovered, Skipped/ Suspended, Exchanged and Dispatched.

NoteAll of the '...Bookings' search options work in the same way.

To use the ‘…Bookings’ search options:

  1. Click on the Date field.
  2. Set the date using by pressing Delete then using the Arrow keys, or using the Calendar icon.
  3. Then click Search.

Dockets and Zone Stats

The last of the search options allow you to search for Customer Dockets and Booking Zone Stats.

To use the Customer Dockets or Bookings Zone Stats search options:

  1. Click on the From and To fields.
  2. Set the date using by pressing Delete then using the Arrow keys, or using the Calendar icon.
  3. Then click Search.

NoteYou can use the additional filters to narrow down the search results even more.

Shortcuts

The bottom section of each search screen also contains shortcuts that are useful for quickly executing certain functions.

Global Search

  • End (Search): Use the search function.
  • Esc (Close): Close the active page or popup.
  • Insert (Telephone Number): Add a telephone number.
  • C (Cancel): Cancel a booking.
  • S (Booking Suspensions): Open options to Skip Repeat Booking, and Add or Change a booking Suspension.
  • V (View): View a booking.

Bookings Search

  • Enter/ End (Search): Use the search function.
  • Esc (Change Date/Close): Change the date or close the active page or popup.
  • F (Filters): Used to apply different booking filters.
  • Insert (Docket): Insert a new docket to the booking.
  • V (View): View a booking.

Customer Dockets

  • E (Edit): Edit a docket.
  • End (Search): Use the search function.
  • Esc (Close): Close the active page or popup.
  • Insert (Edit Price): Edit the docket price.
  • V (View): View a docket.
