To allow street pickups for hackney carriages: 

1. Press on the Person  icon found in the top bar.
   
2. Then set the destination address by either choosing a destination or the map, or entering an address.
   
   
   
3. Complete the job as normal.
   
   

Note: Driver Companion will use your current position as the pickup point and will book you as busy on the system.
